1. Half an hour before the opening, turn on all equipment, conduct low-temperature preheating, and detect all equipment and lines at the same time. Low temperature state means that the light is slightly bright;
2. After 15 minutes of startup and preheating, reset all equipment to zero to allow the equipment to dissipate heat, and the heat dissipation time shall not be less than 15 minutes;
3. After heat dissipation, you can officially enter the stage of music performance;
4. After the performance and the guests leave the venue, the lighting engineer should turn off all the equipment and let the equipment cool for 15 to 20 minutes, then seal or mask the equipment before leaving the venue.
The maintenance of lighting equipment is more complex and trivial than that of audio equipment. Basically, the routine inspection every day, the regular inspection every week, the equipment maintenance every month and the proper commissioning are achieved;
The scope of routine inspection includes:
1. Whether the bulb can be lit normally;
2. Whether all equipment wiring is normal;
3. Whether all equipment can be used normally, including lamp control switch, color changer control, computer lamp action, etc;
4. Whether the DMX512 signal can control the lamp normally;
5. Whether the special effect equipment is in normal use and filled with the required materials, such as smoke machine, fog machine, snowflake machine, bubble machine, etc; stage lighting
Weekly regular inspection
In addition to all the items for daily monitoring, the following points should be noted during the weekly regular inspection
1. During the weekly inspection, it is mainly used to inspect the equipment wiring, including the power supply wiring, DMX512 wiring, etc., to see if there is any looseness, breakpoints, etc;
2. At the same time, during the weekly inspection, the lamp position and DMX512 programming should be adjusted comprehensively;
Monthly equipment maintenance and proper adjustment
In addition to all the work of daily monitoring and weekly detection, the proper adjustment of each month will be a very detailed work, which requires coordination of multiple departments, such as actors, bands, weak current, security, cleaning, etc. At the same time, the following work should be completed during the monthly detection.
1. Lamp position adjustment; Because some of the lamp positions will move or the guest area will change during use, which will lead to the change of the lamp position, so the equal position adjustment should be carried out every month, including the DMX512 signal controlled computer lamp of course;
2. Detection of mechanical equipment, including computer light motor, color changer motor, nozzle of special effect equipment, etc;
3. Check all lines. Detect whether there are breakpoints, damages, and electric leakage, because it is inevitable that some human factors in use are various unexpected situations of the line, such as the broken broken wire, the frequently inserted wire or the broken point, and occasionally the leakage or even short circuit of the line due to the sprinkling of drinks, so this detection should be very careful. This detection needs weak current to complete;
4. Clean the dust and garbage inside and outside the lamp. During the use of lights, there will be some garbage, such as the garbage left in the lamp body due to the explosion of a light bulb. In addition, computer lights and special effects machines that have been exposed in the audience area for a long time can easily fall into some garbage, such as ribbons, glass debris, residual liquid from alcoholic beverages, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the garbage and dirt outside the lamp and remove the garbage inside the lamp, which requires cleaning cooperation;
5. Check all fire protection equipment. Lighting and audio are the most concentrated types of work in the circuit. Strong current enters and weak current exits, and there are many related equipment and more related wires. Therefore, fire prevention is the top priority in the lighting work. In the monthly routine inspection, the Security Department should cooperate with the Security Department to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all fire prevention facilities and fire extinguishing equipment, including the normal degree of fire prevention equipment, whether the selection of fire extinguishing equipment is normal, whether it is within the warranty period, etc;
In addition to the daily monitoring, weekly testing, and monthly comprehensive inspection mentioned above, the lighting engineer must be very familiar with all the conditions of the equipment and environment, and ensure that if there are any issues, please handle them in a timely manner, so as to obtain a good visual environment while providing adequate safety assurance.
